Ahmed Khan
Certified Life Coach

I’m Ahmed Khan, a Certified Life Coach and a professional Agile Coach. I partner with individuals and leaders who want greater clarity, confidence, and direction in their lives, careers, and work.
Outside of coaching, I’m a husband and father to a blended “Brady Bunch” of five, and a blessed grandfather. Family is the center of my universe.
My coaching is client-led, non-directive, and grounded in International Coaching Federation(ICF) core competencies. I create a thoughtful, judgment-free space where clients build self-awareness, emotional resilience, and a clear sense of vision while exploring health, relationships, career growth, and meaningful work. I help clients dig deep to find answers. I listen deeply, ask powerful questions, and support clients in discovering their own. Next Level Best is not about becoming someone else, it’s about intentionally becoming the best version of who you already are.
Community involvement

My active involvement in community service and social initiatives reflects a belief that growth is strongest when shared. Contributions have included creating a charity distribution system within the Muslim community, serving as a Sunday school teacher and curriculum writer for more than five years, and offering pro-bono resume writing services.
Passion for Running
As a long-distance runner and co-leader of the Atlanta Muslim Running Club, discipline and resilience are practiced in motion. The running club serves as a health awareness platform for hundreds of people and has also become a welcoming and onboarding space for families new to the Atlanta area.

Professional Journey

The professional journey spans Agile coaching and over 15 years of career coaching, grounded in continuous learning and service. Work across multiple organizations has been marked by a strong reputation for team building and leadership development.
Interests
Outside of work, there’s an appreciation for thoughtful humor (with a soft spot for Monty Python), 80s music, classic Bollywood, and Urdu ghazals, along with endless cups of tea and coffee. A lifelong love of reading includes authors such as Brené Brown, Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi, and Keith Ferrazzi, as well as inspiration drawn from voices like Stephen Covey, Brian Tracy, and Tony Robbins. As a lover of outdoors, travelling, hiking and photography are the best tools of unwinding.
